對於客戶所提供的Logo及文字項目，我們將為您進行免費獲得兩次合理化更改，大部份建基於已符合卡面上的設計字型大小，不會作個性化的改動(例:將聖誕老人部份改為其他顏色,更改音效編輯等等)，連edm購買的客戶將會跟據提供的資料套入模版內，將不能任意更改大小位置等等,詳情請參閱edm樣本，過量的設計要求(更改卡面設計,顏色,大小,字型,位置)或會當成Tailor-made/custom (客制化)斟酌後收取額外費用。

For the logo and text items provided by the customer, we will give you two free rationalization changes, most of which are based on the design font size on the card surface, and will not make personalized changes(e.g change Santa cloth to other color, audio edit request, etc), even if purchased by edm. Any customer providing information will be inserted into the template designated place, the color/size and position cannot be changed arbitrarily. For details, please refer to the edm sample. Excessive design requirements (change card surface design,color, size, font, position) may be charged as tailor-made/custom for extra.
